Kaaliye Community and Development Organization (KACDO) is a Somalia-based nonprofit dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities through capacity building and essential services. Founded in 2023 by a team of dynamic development professionals, we address urgent needs across 16+ sectors, from education and healthcare to women’s empowerment and emergency response.

The mission is to empower communities through sustainable development, education, and inclusivity. We strive to promote gender equality, enhance economic opportunities, and foster social cohesion by addressing the unique challenges faced by marginalized groups. Through collaboration, innovation, and capacity-building, we aim to create a resilient and thriving society where every individual can realize their full potential
Our goal
The goal of KACDO is to contribute in improving the living standard of the vulnerable through community mobilization, capacity building, advocacy & strengthening.
Our strategy
A sustainable strategy is devised to achieve the maximum, a need based and right based approach initiated ascertains the problem with fully community involvement and mobilizing all indigenous and local resources. The program goal are materialized with a helping hand from member’s donor agencies.
